I've just gotten my MRI results and I'm feeling anxious about what it all means. It says there's a diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 causing thecal sac indentation and compression of both existing nerve roots. Also, at L5-S1, it mentions a similar disc bulge with indentation and nerve compression including bilateral neural foramina. I'm worried about what kind of symptoms or issues this could lead to. Could you explain what this might mean for my health and what steps I should take next?

View allI'm noticing that my right leg is thinner than my left one, and there's some pain there too. I'm wondering what might be causing this discrepancy. Is it something I should be worried about, or is it pretty normal? If it does seem like a problem, what should I do about it?
-It could be caused by a variety of factors, including muscle imbalances, nerve issues, or circulation problems. If the pain persists or worsens, it's best to consult a doctor to rule out any underlying conditions.

I've been dealing with terminal neuralgia for over 10 years and take 200-300mg of Medicine 56 daily, sometimes up to 8 pills if the pain gets unbearable. My doctor says brain surgery is the only option, but it's too risky. Are there any ayurvedic or homeopathic treatments that could help with this condition?
surgery is advised to the patient ,since conservative therapy is not responding.

My left foot nerves have been constantly vibrating for the past two years after a minor surgery to remove a thorn. It's really irritating and won't stop what could be causing this?
The constant vibration or buzzing sensation in your left foot after a minor surgery could be due to a few reasons, primarily nerve irritation or damage. This could be related to the surgery itself, scarring, or a pre-existing condition.
