I've just moved to Pune from the UK after living there for five years, and it's only been about four months. Recently, I've developed a skin issue. For the last three weeks, I've noticed a bump on the shaft of my penis. It isn't painful, but it's concerning me. Could this be related to the weather change or maybe some kind of disease?

I'm dealing with some really frustrating itching that's been going on for about 10 days now. I've tried antibiotics and Atarax tablets, but they haven't helped at all. The problem is, these rashes have appeared in some private areas, and I feel really uncomfortable about going to a hospital because I'm not sure how to show them. Do you have any advice on what I could do about this?

It sounds like you may be experiencing a skin rash or allergic reaction. Since the medications you have tried have not been effective, I recommend trying an over-the-counter antihistamine like Claritin (loratadine) 10mg once daily to help with the itching. Additionally, you can apply a topical hydrocortisone cream to the affected area twice daily for relief. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to seek medical attention for further evaluation and treatment.
