I've just switched from using Dove soap to dermadew soap and I'm curious if it's actually beneficial for my skin. Is there anything I should be aware of or look out for with this change? I've heard mixed reviews and just want to make sure it's the right choice for me.

It started on my feet and after about three weeks, the pus has stopped, and the lesions are closing up. But I'm worried because these large spots on my feet keep turning purple in just an hour. Is this normal, and should I be concerned? What can I do to help with the healing?
