I've just turned 27 and I've noticed more and more white hair showing up in my beard. It's happening regularly and it's really starting to worry me. I'm not sure what's causing this or what I can do about it. Any ideas on what might be going on or any good solutions? I've even attached a couple of images for more context.

Make sure to eat a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals, manage stress levels, and consider consulting a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
