I've just used Veet hair removal cream, the sensitive kind, on my testicles for over 8 minutes. Now I'm feeling a burning sensation down there, and it's looking a bit red. I'm wondering, could this be a minor chemical burn? Should I go ahead and use Neosporin on it?

I've been dealing with an infection for quite some time now and I've tried several creams like Dermikem OC and Clocip but nothing seems to be working. Could you please suggest the right treatment for this? I'm really worried and could use some guidance.

It seems like you have a fungal infection. I would recommend using a combination of Terbinafine cream (brand name Lamisil) and Clotrimazole cream (brand name Lotrimin). Apply Terbinafine cream twice a day and Clotrimazole cream once a day on the affected area for 2-4 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to help the medication work effectively.

I've been dealing with whiteheads on my nose, and I've made a habit of picking at them. Recently, though, the skin on my nose started peeling, and now it's looking darker compared to the surrounding areas, plus there's this horizontal dark line running across it. I'm worried and wondering: will my skin eventually recover from this on its own? Should I be doing something different to help it heal?

My wife has a scar on her left eyebrow that sometimes causes sharp, injection-like pain and a small wound underneath. A doctor suggested using Tbact Ointment, but we're wondering if there are other treatments to reduce the scar without plastic surgery. What options are available for scar reduction that don't involve surgery?

Scar-related pain near the eyebrow can be treated with ointments like Mederma or silicone gel sheets; plastic surgery isn't always required unless cosmetic correction is desired.
