Ive noticed that after I have something really cold, I start coughing with a sort of wheezing sound. Sometimes I even bring up a tiny bit of phlegm, but by the next morning, the cough is completely gone. Its like it never happened. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I'm dealing with a dust allergy and have been for 56 years. After a cold, it feels like my chest gets blocked up with cough, and I struggle to breathe properly. Over the past 3 months, I've started to notice a pain on just the right side of my chest. Can you help me figure out what might be going on and what I should do about it?

I'm really concerned because my cough hasn't improved since Tuesday, even though I've been taking Zecuf and levocet. Is there something else I should be doing, or could it be something more serious?

I'm really concerned about my wife. She's 32, doesn't smoke, and has had this persistent dry cough for almost a month now. It's like clockworkevery 30 minutes, and the coughing lasts about 4 to 5 seconds. We've already seen a pulmonary specialist. The first time, he prescribed some antibiotics, and then after two weeks, they did an X-ray, which came back normal. The doctor switched up the meds after that. It got slightly better for a bit, but for the last 4 days, the cough has returned, especially when she's lying down. I'm attaching the last prescription we received for reference. Right now, she's only using an inhaler twice a day as the rest of the medication course has ended. Could you give us any advice on what might be happening or what we should do next?
