I've noticed that the dark circles under my eyes have gotten worse and turned into black circles. I'm using Tyrowhite cream every night before bed, but I'm also worried because my hemoglobin level is quite low at 8.4gdl. Could these two things be related? What can I do about it?

I'm really worried because the skin on the tip of my penis has become dry and seems to have an allergic reaction. There's even some white discoloration around the urinary area. I'm dealing with acne on my face, and my doctor suggested using Deriva BPO. Is it alright if I use Deriva CMS instead? She also mentioned applying it and then washing it off. Won't that dry out my skin and possibly lead to more pigmentation issues?
