I've noticed this deep horizontal crease line on my stomach, right below my ribs. It's kind of faint in the morning but by the end of the day, it becomes this deep, often red line that's pretty unattractive, especially when I wear a Saree or lehenga. Could you recommend an over-the-counter cream to help get rid of it permanently?

View allI'm really worried because I've been getting these deep cuts all over my feet and palms, and it's just so painful. It's strange because it's not happening anywhere else on my body. It's gotten so bad that I can't even work or let water touch them without feeling intense pain. I've seen about 3 or 4 skin doctors so far, but nothing seems to help. Can you please give me some advice or suggestions?

I've been dealing with a lot of acne and now have these stubborn nail and acne marks on my face. I'm also still getting some acne. What can I do to get rid of these marks and improve my skin?
To help with acne marks and prevent new acne breakouts, you can use a combination of topical treatments. You can use a topical retinoid like Adapalene gel in the evening to help with acne and improve skin texture. In the morning, you can apply a Vitamin C serum to help with skin brightening and collagen production. Additionally, using a sunscreen during the day is important to prevent further darkening of the marks. Make sure to follow a consistent skincare routine and be patient as it may take some time to see results.

I recently had vaginal sex with an HIV-positive sex worker, and I used a condom throughout. I'm confident the condom didn't break, and I ejaculated into the condom, not her vagina. The sex wasn't very rough, and I didn't see any blood in her vagina. What are the chances I could have contracted HIV from this encounter? Should I get tested, or am I safe because it was protected sex? I'm really looking for some advice here.
With condom use and no visible signs of damage or blood, the risk of HIV transmission is extremely low, estimated at less than 1 in 100,000, so you are likely safe,
