I've noticed lately that I can actually see and feel my pulse in my stomach. I read online that it's normal to feel it a bit, but I can even see it through an oversized shirt when I'm sitting. Is this something I should be worried about?

The sensation of needle poking in your back can be unsettling.

- Nerve stimulation: Mild nerve stimulation or irritation can cause a needle-like sensation.
- Poor posture: Slouching or poor posture can put pressure on nerves or muscles, leading to unusual sensations.
- Anxiety or stress: Tension and stress can manifest physically, causing unusual sensations.
No Need for Immediate Concern
Unless you experience:

View allI've been having this weird discomfort in my upper chest for the last few days, and it's starting to concern me a bit. Sometimes the pain even travels from my upper shoulder to my back shoulder. I can't help but wonder what could be causing this. Are there specific tests or checks I should be considering to figure out what's going on?
I would recommend you to get an ECG (Electrocardiogram) to check your heart's electrical activity, a chest X-ray to look for any abnormalities in the chest area, and possibly an upper endoscopy to examine the esophagus and stomach for any signs of acid reflux or inflammation. Additionally, blood tests may be done to check for any markers of heart damage or inflammation. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.

I've been prescribed Concor 2.5 for a week to help manage my panic attack symptoms, specifically the rapid heart rate and adrenaline rushes I get at night. Is it safe to continue taking it beyond a week? And if I decide to stop, is it okay to just quit all of a sudden? Also, is it alright to work out while I'm on Concor 2.5?
Better not to stop the tablet suddenly, since it may aggrevate the symptoms.u may require a cardiologist opinion for echo review. Exercise is not recommended ..

I've been using our digital BP machine at home, and every time I check my husband's blood pressure, it's usually in the range of 140150 over 90100. I'm a bit concerned because he's only 30 years old. I typically measure it first thing in the morning when he wakes up. Is this a normal range for someone his age? What should we do?
check it 3 time a day after food and if the bp still persists more than 140 consult your doctor
