I've noticed a little white spot on my upper lip and I'm really concerned about it. It's just this tiny dot and I'm not sure what it is or how to handle it. Could you let me know what this could be and how I might go about removing it or treating it? I'm feeling a bit uneasy about it.

I'm dealing with an infection near my belly button, and it's been causing some pus discharge. I used soframycin initially and then tried Fucidin cream, which helped a bit with the discharge, but there's still some redness and irritation around the area. I've also been on antibiotics and taken some anti-inflammatory tablets like Zerodol. Today, I noticed some hairy material coming out, which I think might be related to the umbilical cord.
