I've noticed this lump on my butt cheek and I'm really wondering if it might be a boil or maybe something else entirely. What could this be? It's got me a bit worried and I'd love some insight on what's going on.

My grandfather has been dealing with something called agni sappiin in Telugu. I'm really concerned and wondering if there's any treatment or remedy for this. Could you advise on any dietary tips that might help? It would be helpful to know which foods he should eat and what he should avoid.
Diagnosis is Herpes zoster, treatment includes tab Acyclovir 1000mg thrice daily ,orally for 7 days. Foods to eat are garlic,turmeric, green tea,omega fatty acids,lettuce etc... Foods to avoid are high lipis and faty foods, avoid alcohol is advised to the patient.
