I've noticed a lump in my throat, just above my Adams apple. It's not painful, but it feels uncomfortable when I swallow. Should I be worried about this? What could it be?

You see, I've had this sinus pain, there's a lot of white and yellow mucus, and it sometimes hurts around my upper jaw and between my eyes. I've tried steam inhalation with Karvol capsules, and while it helps for a bit, it doesn't last. I'm also using Otrivin for daily nasal wash, but the relief's so short-lived. I met an ENT specialist a couple of months ago for a precautionary checkup about mucormycosis because of my worries, but my KOH test came back negative, and I don't have diabetes. I'm a bit concerned about my recovery after having septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction surgery two weeks ago. My nose has been really dry and painful when I inhale, and it even vibrates when I breathe heavily. Is this something that will get better soon, or should I be worried?
