I've noticed my breast size is really small, measuring at just 30 with a small cup size. I'm curious if there are any medications that can help increase them, as I'm really not keen on going for surgery. What options do I have?

-Hi there, it's understandable to feel concerned about breast size. While there are no proven medications to significantly increase breast size, maintaining a healthy diet, exercising, and wearing a well-fitting bra may help improve the overall appearance

I'm really concerned about my father. He's diabetic and took Glycomet GP 2 Forte for about 25 days. Then, out of nowhere, his sugar levels dropped drastically. We saw a doctor who told us to give him sweets, and that seemed to help, bringing his levels back to normal. The doctor checked his kidney, liver, heart, and blood pressure, and everything seemed fine. But then at night, he's been feeling strange. He gets this heat in his chest, pain, a metallic taste in his mouth, tension, and sometimes he wakes up suddenly. We've consulted both a general medicine doctor and a diabetes specialist, but we're not sure why he's experiencing these symptoms. Any idea what's going on?

I've been diagnosed with diabetes since I was 25 and have been managing it with insulin. Recently, I came across something called IME9 TABLETS on TV, which is described as an Ayurvedic wonder drug for diabetes and is supposedly approved by the government of India. Is this a legitimate medicine? Has it really been proven to help control blood glucose levels? And most importantly, is it safe to use? What's the deal with this?

IME-9 Tablets are a combination of Ayurvedic herbs and minerals that are marketed for diabetes management. However, as a medical doctor, I would recommend sticking to the insulin therapy prescribed by your healthcare provider for managing your diabetes. Insulin is a proven and effective treatment for diabetes, especially in younger individuals like yourself. While IME-9 Tablets may be approved by the government of India, the efficacy and safety of these tablets in controlling blood glucose levels may not be well-established compared to insulin therapy. It is important to consult with your healthcare provider before making any changes to your treatment plan.
