I've noticed my breast size is really small, measuring at just 30 with a small cup size. I'm curious if there are any medications that can help increase them, as I'm really not keen on going for surgery. What options do I have?

-Hi there, it's understandable to feel concerned about breast size. While there are no proven medications to significantly increase breast size, maintaining a healthy diet, exercising, and wearing a well-fitting bra may help improve the overall appearance

I'm a bit worried because I recently had a routine health checkup, and my HSCRP levels were 13.5, which is higher than the normal range. I take Eltroxin 100 daily. Could you let me know what steps I should take or if there's anything specific I should be concerned about with these results?
High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) levels can indicate inflammation in the body. Since your hsCRP level is elevated, it is important to address it. You can consider taking Atorvastatin 20mg daily to help reduce inflammation and lower your hsCRP levels. Additionally, lifestyle modifications such as regular exercise, healthy diet, and stress management can also be beneficial in lowering inflammation markers in the body.
