I've noticed that my face has gotten a lot darker because of tanning and it's not improving despite trying a bunch of home remedies. I'm really worried and looking for advice on how to get rid of this tan quickly. What do you recommend?

To help remove tan quickly, you can try using a skin lightening cream containing hydroquinone or kojic acid. You can also use a sunscreen with a high SPF to prevent further darkening of the skin. Additionally, you can consider using a vitamin C serum to help brighten the skin. Make sure to follow the instructions on the product packaging for best results.

View allI'm 20 and I've been using Skin Lite cream, and it made my face fair for the first couple of days, but then I started noticing some side effects. My face doesn't have pimples or acne, but it's turned really dark, and no other products seem to be helping. I'm getting worried and not sure what to do. Could you please give me some advice on how to deal with this?
It sounds like you may be experiencing skin discoloration and hyperpigmentation as a side effect of using the skin lite cream. To help improve the darkening of your face, you can try using a skin lightening cream containing hydroquinone, kojic acid, and glycolic acid. One option is "Melalite XL cream" which can be applied once at night for a few weeks. Additionally, using a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day with at least SPF 30 is essential to prevent further darkening of the skin. Make sure to consult a dermatologist for a proper evaluation and personalized treatment plan.

I've noticed these small white bumps appearing on the bottom part of my penis shaft for a while now, and recently there seem to be more. They're now covering most of the base and the underside of my shaft. Can anyone tell me what these might be and suggest any possible treatments? I'm really curious and a bit worried about it.
You may be experiencing Fordyce spots, which are small, harmless spots that can appear on the penis. These spots are usually sebaceous glands and are considered a normal variation. There is no need for treatment as they are benign. However, if you are concerned or experiencing any discomfort, you can consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and reassurance.

I've been dealing with a boil just below my waistline and have been using a warm compress three times a day. It popped yesterday and when I took the bandage off this morning, I noticed there's a white scab with some blood. Is it normal for the scab to be white, maybe because of moisture or something?
Yes, it is normal for the scab to appear white, especially after it has been covered with a bandage and exposed to moisture from the warm compress. The white color is due to the accumulation of pus and dead white blood cells at the site of the boil. To help with the healing process, you can continue applying warm compresses to the area and keep it clean. Additionally, you may consider using an over-the-counter antibiotic ointment like Neosporin to prevent infection.
