I've noticed that my face has gotten a lot darker because of tanning and it's not improving despite trying a bunch of home remedies. I'm really worried and looking for advice on how to get rid of this tan quickly. What do you recommend?

To help remove tan quickly, you can try using a skin lightening cream containing hydroquinone or kojic acid. You can also use a sunscreen with a high SPF to prevent further darkening of the skin. Additionally, you can consider using a vitamin C serum to help brighten the skin. Make sure to follow the instructions on the product packaging for best results.

View allMy hair has been falling out for about six years now, and I'm only 29. I began using Tugain 10 solution a year ago, but sometimes I forget to apply it regularly. It's been a whole year, but my hair is still falling out every day. I really want to find a way to stop this hair loss and hopefully grow new hair. What would you suggest I do?
Minoxidil 5. for local application ,once daily for 3-6 weeks is advised, tab finasteride 5 mg once daily for 3-6 weeks is advised to the patient.

I'm interested in getting Botox and fillers to shape my face into a V-line and maybe enhance my nose too. I don't want surgical options, just non-invasive treatments. Can this actually work? Also, I'd like to see before-and-after results from real patients who've had this done to get an idea of what's possible. How safe and effective is this for achieving the look I want?
It is always good to consult a plastic surgeon for reshaping nose filler and Botox have no good result
