I've noticed that my face looks dull and darker lately, and the pores seem really enlarged, which is making me look older and tired. Can you suggest any treatments that might help with this issue?

I've been dealing with this really annoying itching issue lately. After I itch, these red spots about 2 mm in diameter pop up, and then they turn black. It's been going on for a while, and I've already got about 7 or 8 of these black spots in different places on my body. The itching just won't stop. Could you help me figure out what this might be and how I can treat it?

My skin feels super tight and won't bounce back no matter what I try even with lotions or gels. Could this mean I need some kind of medical treatment or surgery? It's really worrying me because nothing seems to help.

If these changes do not bring relief, you may want to see a dermatologist. Very dry skin can require a prescription ointment or cream. Dry skin also can be a sign of a skin condition that needs treatment. A dermatologist can examine your skin and explain what can help reduce your discomfort

Hey, so I've been having this issue where my skin gets all red and there's this burning feeling whenever I use Sofradex cream. Ive been using it for some skin problems, but these side effects are really uncomfortable. I'm 27 and just wondering if there's something else I can use that won't do this to my skin. Any ideas?

Stop the medication, u can use clopivate cream for local application for 7 days, any side-effects dermat opinion is advised to the patient.
