I've noticed that my face skin seems to be getting darker and blacker with each passing day. I'm really worried about what might be causing this change. Could there be some underlying reasons for this happening, and what can I possibly do to address it?

View allI've been using Safi for a couple of months now, but I don't see any changes on my skin. Some people say it's good, others think it's not. I'm really confused and could use some advice. Should I keep drinking it or stop? Is there any other medicine that might work better for this?

My mom, who's 55, got a pimple on her neck last month. The doctor recommended a Mantoux test, and from the results, they mentioned she might have skin TB. The thing is, except for that pimple, she doesn't have any other symptoms of TB. I'm wondering if just one Mantoux test is really enough to diagnose TB, or should we be looking into more tests? And also, is skin TB something that's curable? Would love some guidance on this.
yes skin tuberculosis is curable
