I've noticed that my fingertips have become really sensitive, and now my sense of touch feels dulled. I can still feel things, just not as sharply as before. Also, my fingers and hands are super dry and wrinkled, almost like they've been in water too long, and this has been going on for about two weeks. I've tried using lotion multiple times a day, but the wrinkles just won't go away. It's happening on both hands. What could this be?

Should I be worried about this change in color, or is it something normal that happens sometimes? What might cause this kind of change, and do I need to see a doctor about it?

I suddenly got a boil at the bottom and it's really hard and painful. Right now, it's not oozing or anything, but it's super uncomfortable, especially when I try to sit down. I've also started feeling a bit feverish. What should I do next?

I've been noticing a lot of people using Vaseline on their skin as some sort of moisture barrier, and I'm really not sure if that's safe or even right for me. I have combination skin that's also pretty acne-prone, and I'm worried about whether Vaseline could potentially mess things up. Do you think it's safe for me to try it, or should I steer clear?
there many other moisturizers made for facial skin, you opt for one among them, using moisturizer is healthy to protect your skin from pollution and light and also temperature variations.
