I've noticed that my fingertips have become really sensitive, and now my sense of touch feels dulled. I can still feel things, just not as sharply as before. Also, my fingers and hands are super dry and wrinkled, almost like they've been in water too long, and this has been going on for about two weeks. I've tried using lotion multiple times a day, but the wrinkles just won't go away. It's happening on both hands. What could this be?

View allI've been a bit anxious about my recent test results. My p24 for HIV-1 came back negative at 45 days, and the HIV-1 and 2 antibody test was also negative at 50 days. Should I still be considering any further checkups or follow-ups? I'm trying to make sure I'm not missing anything and would really appreciate your advice.
It is unlikely that you have been infected with HIV. However, it is generally recommended to confirm these results with another test after 90 days to be completely sure. No further checkup is needed at this time.

My aunt has been dealing with paronychia for the past ten days, and its really worrying because her fingers have become hard. We tried to drain out the pus, and I think weve gotten rid of all of it, but shes now feeling really weak, can't talk well, and has a fever. She lives in a village in North Karnataka. What should we do next? Really concerned!
The symptoms suggest that she is in sepsis, better to visit nearest hsopital for further management
