I've noticed that my glans are really sensitive, to the point where it's uncomfortable to touch them. My foreskin retracts just fine without any issues, but I'm wondering if this level of sensitivity is something normal or if I should be concerned about it. Could you help me understand what's going on here?

View allI've noticed this hard vein near the tip of my penis for the last three weeks, and it's running about halfway down the shaft. I'm unsure how it appeared or whether it might be linked to having a cyst in my groin. What could this be? Should I be worried, and is there something I can do about it?

I have a tight frenulum with a very thin piece of skin attached to the tip of my penis at the bottom. What are the different types of frenuloplasty procedures available and which one is the least painful? Also, what's the approximate cost for this surgery in India? Should I consider getting circumcision done along with this procedure?
Frenuloplasty addresses a tight or short frenulum, the small skin fold connecting the foreskin to the glans. The procedure involves releasing the frenulum to improve retraction and reduce pain during erections. While circumcisicircumcision removes the entire foreskin, frenuloplasty focuses on the frenulum itself, preserving the foreskin
