I've noticed my hair is falling out really fast these days, like 30-40 strands every day, and my hairline seems to be receding daily. I started doing this ancient yoga thing I found online called Balayam nail rubbing, and some reviews mentioned there's usually an initial shedding phase of around 3 months. They said the hair fall would stop after that, but it's not happening for me. So, I'm a bit worried because I quit doing the technique, and my hair fall has increased. Also, hair loss runs in my familymy dad was half baldand my diet is kind of low on protein. I'm just trying to figure out how to slow down the hair loss, and it would be amazing if it could stop altogether. Any advice or recommendations?

Ive been dealing with this issue where the skin around my nose and chin is darker than the rest of my face. I even spoke to a dermatologist about it and tried the medicines and skin peeling methods they recommended, but they only seem to work as long as I keep using them. As soon as I stop, the darkness comes back. The rest of my face is much fairer in comparison. How can I get rid of this problem permanently?
While products like niacinamide and vitamin C can be effective, they require consistent use over several months to show noticeable results. Avoid harsh or bleaching agents that promise quick results, as they can cause further irritation and damage.

I'm starting to notice a lot of grey hairs popping up on my head and I'm a bit worried. I saw a dermatologist who gave me some scalp lotions and oral medicine, and also suggested I eat more dates. I'm curious, what's causing this sudden change? Is there a way to get my hair back to normal? Would love some advice on what to do next.
