I've noticed my hair is falling out really fast these days, like 30-40 strands every day, and my hairline seems to be receding daily. I started doing this ancient yoga thing I found online called Balayam nail rubbing, and some reviews mentioned there's usually an initial shedding phase of around 3 months. They said the hair fall would stop after that, but it's not happening for me. So, I'm a bit worried because I quit doing the technique, and my hair fall has increased. Also, hair loss runs in my familymy dad was half baldand my diet is kind of low on protein. I'm just trying to figure out how to slow down the hair loss, and it would be amazing if it could stop altogether. Any advice or recommendations?

View allI've been dealing with folliculitis in my pubic area after shaving, and I've already tried using antibiotic creams and pills. It's been over three weeks now, and while the pimples seem to have improved, the issue still isn't fully resolved. Should I be worried that it's taking this long to heal? Is there anything else I can do to make it go away completely?

I've had these papillae on the left side of my tongue for about a month now, with four of them there. I started taking a daily Zincovit tablet around 15 days ago, but I haven't noticed any improvement. They don't hurt or anything, but I'm just concerned. Could you advise on what might be going on or suggest something that could help?
If your tongues papillae are not painful and you're not experiencing any other symptoms, it's usually not a cause for concern, but follow-up with a healthcare provider can help to reassure you and ensure that nothing more serious is going on.

I've noticed some cut marks on my wrist that have turned quite dark and are looking pretty bad. I'm really concerned and wondering if there's anything I can do to help reduce these scars or lighten them up. It's really affecting how I feel about my appearance. Can you offer any advice or treatments that might work?
For treating dark and unsightly scars on your wrist, you can use a silicone gel such as Dermatix Ultra. Apply a thin layer of the gel on the scar twice daily. Additionally, you can also consider using a scar lightening cream like Mederma. Apply the cream on the scar once daily. Remember to follow the instructions on the packaging for best results.
