I've noticed that my snoring has gotten a lot worse lately, especially over the past month. It wasn't like this before. Is there any way I can deal with it?

Probable dignosis is obstructive sleep apnea syndrome , Weight reduction ,Use CPAP machine ,mouth pieces, not sleeping on your back are advised to the patient.

View allI've been dealing with this really painful and persistent issue where the inside of my right nostril is dried out and raw and it just won't heal. It's been ongoing for about 8 months now and I've even been to the ER twice. I've tried everything from antibiotics to all the natural remedies I could think of like humidifiers, ice, heat packs, vaseline, coconut oil, saline spray, pain medications, and even steam, but nothing seems to work. The pain is worse than anything I've experiencedeven worse than childbirth. I'm super worried. What else could be causing this problem?

I'm feeling really worried because after drinking hot water all day the day before yesterday, I started having trouble breathing, especially at night, and my nose is all congested. I accidentally got a mild slap on my ear, and now it's hurting. I'm worried if this could have caused any damage, like a tear in my eardrum. Also, what kind of pain reliever should I take for this kind of ear pain?
You can use flexon or ultracet for relief if its becoming worse visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management.
