I've noticed my wife has been dealing with breathlessness for the last 4 years. She often feels like she needs to take deep breaths just to feel comfortable, even when she's just sitting around doing nothing. Sometimes, these episodes of breathlessness disappear for days. What could be causing this, and should we be worried?

Pregnancy and Urine Infection
23 Weeks Pregnant with Recurring Urine Infection
Test Results:
- RBC (2-4): Slightly elevated, indicating some bleeding in the urinary tract.
- Epithelial cells (25-30): Elevated, suggesting irritation or inflammation in the urinary tract.
- Pus cells (10-15): Elevated, indicating a bacterial infection.
Recommended Actions:
- Consult your obstetrician: Inform your doctor about the test results and recurring urine infections.
- Antibiotics: Your doctor may prescribe antibiotics safe for pregnancy to treat the bacterial infection.
- Urinary tract infection (UTI) prevention:
- Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
- Urinate when you feel the need, don't delay.
- Wipe from front to back to prevent bacterial transfer.
- Avoid tight-fitting clothing and wear cotton underwear.
Follow-up:
- Repeat urine tests: Schedule follow-up urine tests to monitor the infection and ensure it's clearing up.
- Monitor for symptoms: Keep an eye on symptoms like burning during urination, frequent urination, or abdominal pain.

View allI'm really worried as my part-time maid's son has been diagnosed with TB, and we just found out today. He's apparently had it for about two months, but the maid herself seems totally fine and hasn't shown any symptoms. She's been at our place for work during this time since we didn't know, but should we be worried about being at risk? Weve been okay so far. Also, her son started with a watery cough just yesterday, not coughing up blood or anything, but can someone catch TB and only start showing symptoms way later, like in months or even years?
Patient is advised to continue ATT for 6 months.

So I've been able to exercise for quite a while without issues, and my peak flow readings are always solid, like around 550-600, and I'm 17 and about 174 cm tall. But lately, I've got this minor cold, and I've noticed something weird. When I breathe normally, I don't hear anything strange, but when I try to exhale really fast and hard, there's this wheezing sound. Is that normal? Could it just be anxiety causing this wheeze? Just trying to get some clarity on what's happening.
you can exercise for 1 hour. anxiety will not cause wheezing

I've been dealing with bronchial asthma for a few days now, and I've realized that being around a lot of dust and my pet, who's shedding more than usual, might be making it worse. I've been using budamate 200 transcaps for a while and taking Montiar LC for my allergies. Just bought some piriton syrup and broncocin 200SR with an old prescription and started them last night, but I'm not noticing much improvement. I'm also anxious, which isn't helping my breathing problems. Could you suggest if I should switch inhalers or recommend an antibiotic that might help? Looking forward to your advice.
avoid dust and drink warm water , stay hydrated
