I've noticed that the skin on my testicles has started to get a bit darker lately. Every day, when I'm washing up, I rub the area and this black-colored skin-like stuff comes off. It's happening daily, and I'm not sure why it keeps accumulating there. Could you help me understand what's going on and suggest what I should do?

But now, after a week, my acne's really flared up, and my skin's super dry, with itchy patches around my nose, mouth, and eyes. It's so dry, and even when I try to put on a moisturizer or use rose water, it burns. Am I doing something wrong, or is there something else I should try?

clinsol gel for local application is advised..
