I've noticed the skin under my testicles sometimes gets dry and starts peeling after some painful itching. This seems to happen for a couple of days, then it just goes back to normal with no itch or peeling, but the problem's come back again. Any ideas or suggestions on what's going on?

View allI'm worried about my husband's skin rash that started after taking imol a few months back. Now hes been on injections and enzocart tablets because of it. He also keeps getting these headaches. I'm not sure what medicine is safe for him to take now, but I've heard about Dolo 650 already. Is something like dart okay for his headaches?
Dolo 650 contains paracetamol and so does dart. If he gets frequent headaches then instead of taking self medication and landing in trouble ask him to get it checked out by a neurophysician in person for further evaluation and management. .he will be able to help you further.

I'm curious about why my nose is darker than the rest of my face. It's oily and sometimes I get whiteheads. Can you help me figure out how to even out my skin tone?
The darker nose tone, oiliness, and whiteheads may be due to hyperpigmentation, excess sebum production, and clogged pores, respectively, and to achieve an even tone, try using a sunscreen, clay-based face masks, salicylic acid or glycolic acid products, and consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized advice.

I'm dealing with these small, blister-like rashes on my fingers, shoulders, and neck. The doctor said it's due to poor hygiene and recommended benzyl benzoate solution as well as cetirizine. I'm really curious, how long will it take for these to heal?
The blister-like rashes on your fingers, shoulders, and neck can be uncomfortable and concerning. Diagnosis and Treatment The doctor's diagnosis suggests that the rashes might be caused by scabies, a skin infestation caused by the mite Sarcoptes scabiei. The prescribed medications are: 1. Benzyl benzoate solution (Ascabiol): A topical scabicide used to treat scabies. 2. Cetrazine: An antihistamine that can help relieve itching and reduce the allergic response. Healing Time The healing time for scabies can vary depending on several factors, such as: 1. Severity of infestation: More severe cases may take longer to heal. 2. Effectiveness of treatment: Adherence to the treatment regimen and proper application of medications can impact healing time. 3. Individual response: People's responses to treatment can vary. Generally, with proper treatment, scabies can be cured within: - 2-4 weeks: Symptoms like itching and rash may start to subside. - 4-6 weeks: Skin lesions and rashes may take longer to heal completely.
