I've noticed the skin under my testicles sometimes gets dry and starts peeling after some painful itching. This seems to happen for a couple of days, then it just goes back to normal with no itch or peeling, but the problem's come back again. Any ideas or suggestions on what's going on?

Surgery isn't always the first or best approach, and a doctor can determine the cause and recommend the most appropriate treatment, which might include medication, freezing, or other methods.
