I've noticed a small lump on the inside of my right arm near the elbow. It's kind of weird because it doesn't hurt when I touch it. Should I be concerned or is this something normal? What could this be?

A small, painless lump on the inside of your right arm near the elbow could be a benign growth, such as a lipoma, cyst, or ganglion, but it's essential to consult a doctor, preferably a general surgeon

Can I switch to using emodel cleansing lotion every day instead of my regular face wash? Are there any specific limitations or side effects I should be aware of when using it so frequently?
Yes you can use it but have a dermatologist advice before

I'm thinking about starting this new treatment and it says to apply it at night. Should I be doing this every night? Also, how often do I need to shampoo my hair? I'm wondering if it's okay to just head to work the next day without washing my hair after applying it at night. Would love some advice on how to fit this into my routine!
See a specialist for accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment.
