I've noticed this small lump near my groin that's really painful when I touch it. I'm getting a bit worried and am wondering if there's a specific treatment I should be considering or if this is something that needs immediate attention. Would you be able to give me some guidance on what I should do next?

Based on your description, it sounds like you may have a swollen lymph node or an abscess. I recommend using an over-the-counter pain reliever like acetaminophen to help with the pain. Additionally, you can apply a warm compress to the area several times a day to help reduce the swelling and discomfort. If the lump does not improve or if you develop a fever, it is important to see a doctor for further evaluation and possible antibiotic treatment.

View allI'm dealing with epididymitis that I found out about a month ago. I started antibiotics back then and the swelling went down a bit. Then my doctor switched me to a milder antibiotic, but after a week, the swelling didn't go away and actually got worse, turning into a hydrocele. So my doctor put me back on the old antibiotics. I've got a bunch of questions on my mind. Is epididymitis something that can actually be cured? And if so, how long should I expect it to take? What kind of care should I be taking, like should I change my diet or exercise routine? Is jogging, running, or hitting the gym something I can do? Are there specific foods or activities I need to steer clear of? Could this condition affect my sexual or married life? What precautions should I be taking? How about personal care, any specific things I need to focus on? Also, my doctor prescribed tablets that cost 100 Rs each; do antibiotics really cost that much?

My brother has phimosis and can't pull his foreskin back. He only noticed this recently but doesn't have issues with erections or peeing. However, he's been experiencing premature ejaculation during masturbation. Is this because of phimosis? What are the treatment options, and can surgery be done at his age? His wedding is in August would recovery be possible by then? Need advice as soon as possible.
A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.
