I've noticed a small lump on the right side, right in the middle of my neck. It's kind of concerning because it hurts when I touch it, and I can only really feel it when I press the area. I'm trying to figure out what could be causing this and what I should do about it. Any advice?

View allI'm dealing with a really bad sinus infection, and while my cough and nasal blockage have gotten better, my ears still feel blocked. Since yesterday, every time I yawn, there's pain either in my throat or mouth, and I can't really pinpoint the exact spot. Could this be related to the cold and blocked ears, or is there something else going on?

I'm dealing with a sore throat and did some hot water and salt gargling. Just wondering, after doing that, how long should I wait before eating?
3-5mins gap is enough, consume warm foods for better results.

I've recently recovered from COVID, but I'm starting to feel some symptoms that worry me. I've got a sore throat, pain under my tongue, and irritation in my throat. I'm sneezing a lot too, and I have a history of maxillary sinus issues and nasal deviation. It feels like I might be dealing with COVID-like symptoms again, but I don't have a fever. Should I be concerned about this recurrence, and what can I do to alleviate these symptoms?
ENT opinion is advised to the patient.
