I've noticed a small lump on the right side, right in the middle of my neck. It's kind of concerning because it hurts when I touch it, and I can only really feel it when I press the area. I'm trying to figure out what could be causing this and what I should do about it. Any advice?

You see, I've had this sinus pain, there's a lot of white and yellow mucus, and it sometimes hurts around my upper jaw and between my eyes. Oddly, the pain seems to ease up in the morning but gets worse after eating. There are times when I have headaches on either side of my head, just above the ears, and my nose gets blocked too. I've tried steam inhalation with Karvol capsules, and while it helps for a bit, it doesn't last. I'm also using Otrivin for daily nasal wash, but the relief's so short-lived. I met an ENT specialist a couple of months ago for a precautionary checkup about mucormycosis because of my worries, but my KOH test came back negative, and I don't have diabetes. But they did find four nasal polyps through endoscopy. I'm curious to know if the vaccine could be causing these sinus issues or if it's related to something else?

I've been dealing with nasal congestion for about a year now, and it's been really bothersome. When I try to do alom vilom, I notice my nostrils feel blocked and it's hard to breathe properly. Plus, I've been experiencing some inflammation around the edges of my throat whenever I swallow. I consulted my doctor and tried some medications like Azeflo nasal spray, Montfair fx, and Sompraz D, but I haven't felt any significant relief. What else can I do or try to finally get some relief from these symptoms?

I have a deviated nasal septum and surgery isn't an option for me right now are there any long-term fixes that can help with breathing better or reducing discomfort without going under the knife?
Surgery is the only way to fix a deviated septum. A deviated septum that causes no symptoms needs no treatment. If allergies or sinus problems are making symptoms worse, a healthcare professional might suggest using decongestants, antihistamines or nasal steroid sprays to manage symptoms
