I've noticed this small yellow patch on my left arm for a few days now. Could it be related to my liver or something? I'm not experiencing any other symptoms, just this patch, and I've included a picture of it. What do you think it might be?

So, I just got my chemical smoothening done and I'm not loving this super flat look. The salon said to come back in three days for a wash, but I'm really tempted to wash it at home now. I had a c-section about 8 months back, and since then, I've noticed that my face has changed to a much darker shade, especially around the eyes, nose, and mouth.
