I've noticed some black spots appearing on a few of my fingers. I think it might be some kind of allergy, but there's no itching involved. Could this still be an allergic reaction, or is there something else I should be concerned about?

I'm really worried about my friend. She struggles a lot with body heat, and it seems to be causing her to break out in pimples not just on her face, but on other parts of her body too. I think her diet isn't the healthiest, and she's always on the go because of her hectic travel schedule for work. What do you think would be the best way to help manage her body heat?

To control body heat and reduce pimples caused by it, stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Consume cooling foods such as cucumber, watermelon, and mint. Avoid spicy and oily foods that can increase body heat. Practice stress-reducing activities like yoga or meditation to help manage the hectic travel schedule. Use a gentle cleanser and apply a topical acne treatment like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid for the pimples. For additional help, she can take Tab. AcneStar (Benzoyl Peroxide) 2.5% gel, apply a thin layer on the affected areas once daily in the evening after washing the face.
