I've noticed some black spots appearing on a few of my fingers. I think it might be some kind of allergy, but there's no itching involved. Could this still be an allergic reaction, or is there something else I should be concerned about?

View allI've been struggling with ringworm for a year nowit just keeps coming and going. Every time I start on my medicines, it seems to get better, but when I stop, it just comes back after a few days. I'm taking ityza 100 mg twice daily and there's another one for allergy I take once a day. Plus, I'm using terbinafine cream. I'm worried and wondering why this keeps happening and what else I might be able to do to get rid of it for good. Any advice would be really appreciated.
