I've noticed some small pimples around my vaginal area and tried using cuticare ointment, but it hasn't helped. I'm wondering if it's okay to use boroplus on that area?

View allI'm dealing with psoriasis, and over the last month, I've been feeling quite lazy, experiencing uneven breathing, some tingling in my feet, and there's pain on the right side of my stomach. My B12 levels are really low at just 97. I'm considering taking a B12 sublingual supplement to help and was looking into the Deva vegan B12 with folic acid and B6 sublingual tablets. Do you think that's a good option for me, especially since I have allergies to certain salts?
focus on correction of vit b12 and vit b6

I'm dealing with really dry skin on my face, but it's weird because it's only in certain areas and it's turning whitish. I already have a gel called Clinmiskin that I used for my pimples before, and it worked great. But now that the pimples are gone, can I use the same gel for the dry and whitish skin on my face?

I'm using Bellissa Lite cream to help with fairness, but I'm seeing results really slowly. I'm considering switching to Ilumax instead. Is Ilumax a steroid, and is it safe for me to use? Also, Bellissa is a bit pricey, so is Ilumax a more cost-effective option?
Continue same treatment.
