Question

I've noticed some white patches on my scalp after I recently shaved my head, but there's no itching or anything. Could it possibly be a fungal infection or something else? What should I do about it?

Ive been on Acutret 20 since the end of May and usually check in with my doctor monthly. My last visit was in mid-July, where he told me to keep taking Acutret 20 after breakfast and Azid 500 before dinner three times a week for two weeks. It's really freaking me out and I'm not sure what to do.
