Question

I've noticed some wrinkles on my penis foreskin, and it has tears all around. Whenever I try to open it, it just closes back up, plus it feels pretty dry. It all started with just one tear. What's going on, and should I be worried?

I've got a bit of a problem with eczema on my scrotum and my dermatologist told me to use Mometasone Furoate Cream IP ELOCON every night. But when I looked it up, I read that it shouldn't be used on the groin area. It hurt a little at first but seemed to get better after that.
