I've noticed some wrinkles on my penis foreskin, and it has tears all around. Whenever I try to open it, it just closes back up, plus it feels pretty dry. It all started with just one tear. What's going on, and should I be worried?

I've got this pretty big lump, even bigger than a quarter, right in my butt crack, about three inches from my anus. I think it might have pus in it. I've had smaller lumps like this before, but they've never been this big or painful. What could be going on, and should I be worried about it?

I've been dealing with scabies for half a year now and it's super frustrating. I tried some cream that starts with an L, but I had an allergic reaction to it. Then I used the Derbac lotion, like, four times, and it still hasn't worked. I even called my doctor and they said there's nothing else they can prescribe. Is there really nothing else I can do? My skin is a mess from all the scratching, and even anti-itch creams aren't helping. What should I do?

I've noticed these red dot bumps on the head of my penis and a few on my scrotum, and they're really itchy. I looked it up and it seems like it might be scabies. What would be the best medication or cream to use for this, and how long should I continue treatment?

For scabies, you can use a topical medication called Permethrin cream. Apply the cream all over your body from the neck down and leave it on for 8-14 hours before washing it off. You should repeat this process in 1 week. Additionally, you can take an oral medication called Ivermectin to help treat the scabies. It is important to wash all clothes, bedding, and towels in hot water to prevent re-infestation.
