I've noticed that there's something like dandruff on my penis, kind of like peeling skin. It's been happening for about a month now. Should I be worried about this or is there something specific that might be causing it? How can I get rid of it?

It's dry eczema, and as far as I know, I'm not allergic to anything, so I'm really puzzled about what's causing it. It's only on my leg, and steroids and moisturizers haven't been helping at all. What can I do to cure it?

I'm really struggling with a stubborn fungal infection that's been bothering me for the last 4 months. I've tried using amorolfine, ketoconazole, and a cream with berconazole, but it just won't go away for good. Although the redness disappears a few days after applying the medication, it keeps coming back on my bump and buttocks about a week later. What can I do to finally get rid of these annoying red patches?
Candid cream for local application is advised for 3 weeks, along with tab flucanozole 150 mg once a week for 2 weeks is advised to the patient.
