I've noticed these black spots and red patches that have shown up on both sides of my inner thighs. They seem to itch mostly at night when I'm trying to sleep, and there's also this uncomfortable burning sensation. It's starting to worry me a bit. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?

It sounds like you may be experiencing a fungal infection, such as jock itch. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected areas twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily to help with the itching. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to help with healing.

View allI've been experiencing a lot of hair loss over the past two months and started using Mintop 2 about 20 days ago. However, it feels like the hair loss has actually increased since I began using it. I remember last time I tried it for a month, and it seemed to help stop the hair loss. I'm 23 and female. What do you think could be happening? Could it just take more time to work, or should I be concerned?
you can switch to higher dose of topical minoxidil under trichologist guidance, before you have to check the cause of hair fall which could be due to androgen effect, any dermatophytic infection etc., consultation with Dermatologist and appropriate approach would help you.

I've got a concern about my health. So, I had a skin allergy about a month ago, and thankfully it's all cured now. But recently, I've been dealing with fissures and used some Ayurvedic medicine for them. It seems to have increased my eosinophils, though the infection has cleared up. The thing is, my ASO titre count is still at 421, and I'm just wondering if that's something to be worried about. Could you help me understand if this high ASO titre is normal, or should I be taking some steps here?
-Your high ASO titre count of 421 suggests a recent or past streptococcal infection, which could be linked to your skin allergy or other issues. It's good that your infection has cleared up, but the elevated ASO level might take some time to return to nor

I've been told to start using MX 5 solution every night for my hair fall issue, but I'm confused because I read online that it's meant for men only. Is that true? And I've also come across some info about potential side effects like weight gain. Is that something I should be concerned about?
Minoxidil 5% solution is commonly used for hair loss in both men and women. It is not exclusively for men. As for side effects, weight gain is not a common side effect of minoxidil. The most common side effects include scalp irritation, itching, and unwanted hair growth on other parts of the body. It is important to follow the recommended dosage and application instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
