I've noticed these small holes on my face, and I'm thinking they might be pimple scars. Is there a way to treat them?

I'm noticing some white patches on my fingers and I've had them for a couple of months now. They don't seem to be spreading, which is a bit of a relief, but its still worrying me. After visiting a doctor, he told me it's vitiligo, but I'm not completely convinced. He prescribed some medications like Viterma capsules, Dermadew cream, Tacmod forte, Melanocyl ointment, Placentrex gel, and HHSONE cream. I've attached a few pictures for reference. Does this sound like vitiligo to you, and do you think these meds can actually help with it?
Viterma and dermadew cream is advised for 2-4 weeks for local application ,once daily. If any side-effects like itching, burning,or allergic reactions kindly consult dermatologist.

I've just turned 31 and I'm dealing with this annoying fungal rash on my skin for the first time. I vaguely remember my mom having it once too. I'm not too keen on taking oral meds, so I'm wondering if there's a cream that can help treat this?
For fungal skin infections, you can use an over-the-counter antifungal cream called Clotrimazole. Apply it to the affected area twice a day for about 2 to 4 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry before applying the cream. If the rash does not improve or worsens, please consult a doctor for further evaluation.
