I've noticed these small red bumps on my scrotum and penis after trimming, and they're really itchy. I'm really worried about what might be causing this. Are these bumps something I can pass on to someone else? What should I do?

I'm dealing with pimples and acne, and I came across Hamdard Safi. Is it effective for treating them, and is it safe to take? I'm a bit concerned and curious about how it works. Can you provide some insight or advice?

I've been really worried because my hair has started falling out a lot again and my crown line is receding. It all kicked off about two years ago, and even though I've been to different doctors, nothing seems to stick. Last year, in August, a doctor in Mumbai prescribed me a bunch of stuff: Capsule hair fix advance 1mg, Finax 1mg tablets, spray Grocapix, lotion Adroanagen, and Foliglo shampoo. After using these for a month, there was improvement, but now the hair fall is back. What should I do next?

According to your history it looks like androgenic alopecia if at all the above medications did work continue them as your Dermatologist advised, and balanced diet with extra protein and adequate sleep will help.

I'm really curious, is aloe vera gel actually good for anal use? I've been dealing with rashes down there, and after applying aloe vera, the problem seems to have improved. Can I use it regularly on my anus? I sometimes get anal chafing and rashes from dryness and was wondering if aloe vera is okay to use for that. Or maybe theres a specific gel or ointment youd recommend for dealing with these kinds of rashes and chafing?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
