I've noticed these small white bumps appearing on the bottom part of my penis shaft for a while now, and recently there seem to be more. They're now covering most of the base and the underside of my shaft. Can anyone tell me what these might be and suggest any possible treatments? I'm really curious and a bit worried about it.

May be red or black in colour.. Treatment depending on the type and severity.. I'm dealing with some persistent itching on the inner side of my thighs, right next to the scrotum area. It's been really uncomfortable and I'm not sure what to do about it. Could you recommend some medication or treatment to help with this?
Probable diagnosis is fungal infection , candid cream for local application, once daily for 2 weeks is advised, also tab levocetrizine 10 mg at bedtime for 7 days is advised, if any allergic reactions dermat opinion is advised.

I'm really worried because I got these cortisone injections on my face, even though it wasn't for cystic acne. The dermatologist injected on some pimples and some other areas, and now Im starting to notice some discoloration and mild atrophy. I'm really concerned it might get worse. I usually use a toner with lactic acid and citric acidis it okay to keep using it, or should I avoid certain products? Will my skin eventually get better? It just feels like my condition wasn't treated properly, and I'm anxious about what's happening.
