I've noticed these tiny white spots on the inner part of my upper lip since April. They're not itchy or painful, but they're definitely there, and I don't exactly like how they look. I'm wondering if these could be Fordyce spots? If so, can you recommend any medicine or treatment for them?

I've noticed that my lunula is missing on all my fingernails except for my thumbs. I'm kind of worried if this could be a sign of some underlying health issues or if it's nothing to stress about. Any insights on what could be going on?
The absence of lunula on most of your fingernails could be due to various reasons, including genetics, trauma, or certain underlying health conditions. It is important to consult with a dermatologist for a proper evaluation. In the meantime, you can try taking biotin supplements to support nail health
