I've noticed these white painless lumps called scrotal calcinosis on my testicles and heard they're harmless but they're multiplying. Is surgery an option to remove them and if I go for it will they come back again

View allI've been reading about venous leak and I'm really worried can it be treated with pills or is surgery the only option? I've heard leaving it untreated can mess with mental health like causing anxiety or low self-esteem and I'm not sure what to do
Yes, venous leakage (also known as veno-occlusive dysfunction) can often be treated without surgery. Several non-surgical options are available, including medication, endovascular procedures, and other interventions. The most effective treatment plan will depend on the individual's specific circumstances and the severity of their symptoms

I'm really worried about this cyst that's developed on my scrotal sac. It's getting to be about 24 mm in size, and I'm thinking I might need it surgically removed. Could you give me an idea of what that might cost?
that could be folliculitis , visit dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate treatment.

It's been 7 days since my circumcision but there's still swelling and a ring-like appearance around the head of my penis. How long until the swelling fully goes down and everything looks normal again? I also have some lingering pain - is that expected? Will that ring shape disappear as it heals?
Swelling and pain are common after circumcision and should subside within 2-3 weeks. The ring-like appearance is normal post-surgery, and it will likely disappear as the healing progresses.
