Question

I've noticed that whenever I add milk to my diet, I start to feel some pain in my stomach, and it seems to trigger gas issues. I also get this feeling of acidity and sometimes deal with constipation. I'm wondering if I can use milk powder as an alternative to meet my dairy needs. Is it healthy to make that switch, and are there any possible side effects I should be aware of?

If you are having problems when taking milk or milk products, chances are you will get those problems with milk powder as well. But you can try. Take small quantities initially and if its alright, you can continue. There is no problem.
