I've been experiencing headaches lately, so I went to see a doctor. My blood pressure came in at 130100, which is quite different from two years ago when it was usually around 11070. The doctor told me to keep an eye on my BP for the next five days. My blood work was mostly okay, but they did find my CRP levels were at 6 and my sodium was a little low, around 133. I've been feeling tired all day too. What could be going on with me?

grade 1 left ventricular diastolic dysfunction is  normal and common in prople over 60..However some risk  factors include hypertension, type 2 diabetes, obesity and coronary heart disease..salt restricted diet ,dash diet and regular aerobic exercises is advised to the patient.

I've noticed that as a young adult female, sometimes my resting heart rate drops to around 48 or 49 beats per minute. Normally, it sits between 60 and 70. Is this something I should be worried about?
