I've recently gotten my semen analysis results back and everything seems normal except for my PUS cell count, which is at 57 hpf, while the epithelial count is only present in small amounts. Could this high PUS cell count be affecting my fertility? My wife and I are having trouble conceiving, and I'm wondering if this might be the issue. Should I see a doctor for this, or can taking a good antibiotic help resolve it?

Your semen analysis shows a slightly elevated pus cell count (5-7hpf), which may indicate a mild infection or inflammation. This alone might not directly affect fertility, but its worth consulting a doctor to rule out any underlying issues. A targeted antibiotic course, if needed, could help, but additional tests might be required to assess other fertility factors for both you and your wife.

Im a 21-year-old guy and I've been feeling a bit worried about my penis size. At my age and considering my height, which is 6 feet 1 inch, I can't help but feel like maybe it's smaller than it should be compared to others. Is there something I can do to improve it?

Stress and HIV can both cause rashes, but they have distinct characteristics. HIV rashes are often: Severe and widespread Associated with fever, fatigue, and swollen lymph nodes Typically appear within 2-4 weeks after exposure Stress rashes, like yours, are often: Itchy and red Localized to specific areas Triggered by stress, anxiety, or emotional changes Given your recent stress and normal blood test results, it's more likely that your rash is stress-related.

I'm a 29-year-old male and I've never been able to pull my foreskin back when erect, though I can stretch it to the level shown in the picture when flaccid. My main concerns are do I need surgery or can this be managed with stretching exercises and creams? Also, is this because of a tight foreskin or a short frenulum breve like in the picture?

I'm wondering if it's okay to use honey on my wife's private areas during foreplay. Also, is it alright to apply honey on my own parts? I should mention that I don't have any health issues except for dealing with premature ejaculation. I'm curious and would appreciate your advice.
