I've recently stopped using Medisalic, which I'd been using for a couple of years due to a skin allergy. I'm looking for some cream and face wash options that won't have side effects and can help keep my skin healthy and glowing. Can you suggest anything?

I'm really frustrated because I've been using Cutiyt Total cream for over a year to help with skin lightening and addressing dark spots and neck darkness, but I'm not seeing any results. I've had all the tests donethyroid, sugar, BP, vitamin levelsand everything's normal. Could you suggest any other cream that might work for me?
Kojiglo cream for local application for atleast 3 weeks is advised.
