I've recently stopped using Medisalic, which I'd been using for a couple of years due to a skin allergy. I'm looking for some cream and face wash options that won't have side effects and can help keep my skin healthy and glowing. Can you suggest anything?

View allI'm noticing these two long, red, thick lines forming on my stomach and one on my left upper arm. They're getting more pronounced and resemble a scar, almost like someone cut me with a knife. I'm really puzzled because they don't look like stretch marks to me. Can you help me figure out what kind of skin issue this might be?

I've been dealing with scabies in my underarms, and my skin has turned black because of it. This problem seems to keep coming back. What could be causing this recurring issue, and is there any way to treat the darkened skin and prevent the scabies from coming back again?
To treat scabies, you can use Permethrin cream 5%. Apply a thin layer of the cream to your entire body from the neck down and leave it on for 8-14 hours before washing it off. This should be repeated in 7 days. Additionally, you can take an antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily to help with the itching. Make sure to wash all clothes, bedding, and towels in hot water to prevent re-infestation.
