I've recently tested positive for Covid-19 on April 28th and have thankfully recovered by now. I'm curious about what post-Covid tests or check-ups I should consider to ensure everything's back to normal. Could you guide me on this?

View allI've been noticing some chest tightness over the past few days. Before that, I had this weird throat discomfort. It wasn't accompanied by any fever or cold symptoms, but I just felt like I needed to cough, though it wasn't exactly a cough and it seemed to settle down somehow. Anyway, this morning I woke up with a severe headache, and yesterday I ended up vomiting, but it was just gas, nothing serious. I felt slightly better afterward. Could you recommend any remedies for this?

I'm trying to get a medical fitness certificate from a government hospital, and I'm a bit confused about how to go about it. I've got this proforma that needs to be filled out by a government doctor. Can you guide me on how the process works, or what steps I should take to ensure I can get this done properly?
To obtain a medical fitness certificate from a government hospital, you will need to visit the hospital's outpatient department (OPD) and consult a government doctor. Bring your proforma along with valid identification, and the doctor will assess your health and fill out the required details on the form.
