I've struggled with weight loss through diet and exercise because of hormone issues, low motivation, and bad sleep patterns. Since I'm not morbidly obese, bariatric surgery isn't an option for me, but I'm considering liposuction even though I know it's not for weight loss. Could it still help me in some way?

I've been dealing with enlarged male breasts for the past 12-15 years and it's really bothering me. Is there any way to reduce or remove them without surgery? I'm worried about the condition and looking for non-surgical options.
Enlarged male breasts (gynecomastia) can be treated with medication, but surgery remains the most permanent solution. Non-surgical methods like hormone therapy or weight management may help reduce symptoms.
