I've woken up the past two mornings with these red, itchy bumps on the right side of my neck and right hand, kind of like insect bites. They're nowhere else on my body. I stopped using a fan while sleeping recently. Could these be mosquito bites or something else? What should I use to treat them?

View allIs it okay to drink milk after you've had some chicken? I'm worried it might not be safe. If it's not recommended, how long should I wait before having milk after eating chicken? I've heard something about it maybe causing white patch skin issues, and now I'm concerned. Could you shed some light on this?
Drinking milk while eating chicken is not recommended as it can cause digestive issues, such as bloating, gas, and diarrhea, due to the conflicting digestive processes of proteins and lactose; a 2-3 hour time gap is suggested between consuming chicken and milk; the combination can lead to the formation of a toxic compound called casomorphin, which can cause skin issues, but there is no scientific evidence linking it to vitiligo (white patch skin disease).

I've been dealing with molluscum for about three months now, and it's been really frustrating. I've been visiting a dermatologist every week, and they keep removing around 45 pimples on my face each time using needling. My doctor suggested I use a spray called Glizigen four times a day and also take some tablets to boost my immunity. But honestly, I'm not really seeing much improvement. Is there something more I should be doing, or does this treatment just take more time to show results?

I'm experiencing an unexpected case of dandruff suddenly after getting a cysteine treatment. I've never dealt with dandruff before, not even as a kid. Is this normal, and what steps should I take to get rid of it?
