For the last 20 days I have been feeling dizziness. My eyes and ears are fine. But my blood report shows my eosinophils are slightly high at about 7. Can this be the reason for the dizziness? Will I always have eosinophilia? How can it be cured permanently? Am I at higher risk of eosinophilia in the future?

Slightly raised eosinophils 7 percent is unlikely the cause of dizziness. Persistent dizziness needs evaluation for neurological, inner ear, or blood pressure-related causes. Please consult your physician for a detailed check up.
