Is masturbating bad for my health if my foreskin hurts when I do it? It always hurts and I'm worried it might be a bad sign since the pain doesn't go away unless I get surgery or something

View allI've been really worried because I've been doing masturbation a lot, maybe more than I should, and I feel like it's affected my stamina and energy levels. I think it's also impacted my size or maybe that's just in my head. Is there something I can do to get my stamina and energy back? Any advice would really help.
It's important to understand that occasional masturbation does not cause long-term harm, but excessive behavior might lead to temporary fatigue or decreased energy. To regain stamina, focus on a balanced diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep, and stress management. If you feel persistent issues, consider consulting a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

I'm not in India right now I live in Kuwait and I'm wondering if this can be treated with medicine instead or if surgery is really necessary. The CT report shows the stone's location clearly.
