My 11-month-old son's foreskin doesn't fully retract, but he pees fine. Will this fix itself over time or will he need surgery? If surgery is needed, can we wait a year or two?

A couple of doctors mentioned it might become normal as he grows, but Im wondering if I should consider any form of treatment now or keep waiting. What do you recommend?
