My 27 year old daughter had viral fever on Monday. After three days, the fever went away, but she is still suffering from a persistent cough. Her blood report and chest X ray are normal. She has taken many medicines and syrups, but the cough has not improved. The doctor said there is an infection in her throat. Please suggest what we should do next.

Likely post viral throat irritation or bronchitis. Steam inhalation, voice rest, and soothing syrups may help. If dry cough persists beyond 2 weeks, re evaluation needed.

I am not sure if I have gallstones or not, but I am frequently having bowel problems, lethargy, and exhaustion. I have done LFT, and my report is normal. But sometimes I feel slight pain in my right rib bone if I press it. Last year in March, I did USG, and everything was okay. Now I am worried again.

Please advise on the attached blood report and observations. Is this a serious infection? I have just started medicines for alopecia areata.
