My 3-year-old son has been suffering from adenoids for the past 10 months, confirmed by his pediatrician. We saw an ENT who recommended surgery when he was 2 years 8 months old, but we opted for homeopathic treatment instead. He's still struggling with breathing issues, especially in cold weather. Are there any non-surgical or long-term medication alternatives that could help him?

I'm noticing a yellowish color on the roof of my mouth, and it's been bothering me. I've also been having a persistent cough and there's this hard area up there that has me a bit concerned. Plus, my mouth has been feeling really dry lately. Do you think this might be something serious? I'm worried and could use some advice. I've attached a photo of the inside of my mouth for reference. Can you take a look?

I'm struggling with nasal congestion and its making it kind of hard to breathe properly. Do you have any suggestions for home remedies that might help with this? Maybe something I can try out to ease the discomfort?

Your sneezing response to cold stimuli is known as "cold-induced sneezing" or "photic sneezing reflex." It's a relatively rare condition. To manage symptoms: - Avoid sudden exposure to cold temperatures - Wear protective gear (gloves, scarf) in cold weather - Use saline nasal sprays to moisturize nasal passages - Consider over-the-counter antihistamines or decongestants Consult a doctor or allergist for further guidance and diagnosis.
